DESCRIPTION OF LEASED EQUIPMENT:

Samsung Curved 27 Inch Monitor - C27F390FHN

HEREBY MUTUALLY AGREE THE FOLLOWING:

The Lessor leases to the Lessee and the Lessee leases from the Lessor the above mentioned leased equipment.
The lease agreement is for a period of years, commencing on the date of installation being April 27 2024 and ending on
The lease agreement is automatically extended for 1 year, unless either one of the parties advises the other one in writing at least 60 days before the expiration of the agreement, that he wishes to terminate same.
The Lessee shall pay on May 27 2024 of every following month a rental fee of Awg. commencing April 27 2024. Payment shall be done via Credit Card using Stripe api, and shall be billed automatically.
The Lessee acknowledges that the leased equipment is the rightful property of the Lessor and further acknowledges that he received said equipment in perfect operating condition.
The Lessor will install the equipment; give proper instructions for the use of the equipment to Lessee’s personnel. Supply service and effect pairs and release parts worn out through normal use at no charge to Lessee with exception of drum, paper and toner; maintain the equipment in good working conditions.
The Lessor shall supply service and effect repairs, replace parts worn out through normal use, at no charge to Lessee. The above during regular office hours i.e. Monday through Friday between 8.00 am to 6.00 pm, Saturday 9 am till 4 pm.
ICT support or any software related service not covered in this agreement will be billed separately at Awg 175.00 during regular office hours.
The Lessor shall repair the equipment within two working days after notice by Lessee of failure or malfunction otherwise Lessor shall provide lessee with equivalent equipment for duration of the time of repair in excess of two working days.
Lessee is not allowed to use toner or refill for toner other than the one supplied by Lessor.
Lessor assumes no liability for delay on installation of the system or interruption of service due to strikes, riots, floods fires, acts of God or any cause beyond the control of Lessor.
Lessee shall have the right to purchase said equipment under this contract at any time by giving the Lessor 30 days’ notice by which the Lessor will inform the Lessee of the purchase price.
The Lessee shall make no alterations nor attach anything to the leased equipment mentioned above without written consent of the Lessor. The Lessee in not allowed to open the system unit or otherwise perform any technical changes to the system unit by himself or by anyone other than authorized personnel of the Lessor.
The Lessee may not assign, transfer or sublet his rights under this agreement to another person or entity without prior written notice of the Lessor.
The Lessee is legally responsible for the use of the above-mentioned equipment including theft or any cause of damage whatsoever when this is in his possession or in the possession of its personnel and is also liable for damages or injuries to third parties. All damages to the equipment are for the account of Lessee.
Any provision in this lease found to be invalid shall have no effect on the validity of the remaining provisions.
In the event Lessee for any reason does not comply or comply promptly with the obligations from this agreement, does not pay the rental fee, is declared bankrupt, is embargoed; has been guarantee surséance, the Lessor has the right to repossess the equipment while maintaining all other legal rights as set forth in this agreement. In such case the full balance of the contract will automatically be due to the Lessor and is collectable at once without prior notice.
It is understood and agreed by and between the parties hereto that if any conflict should aware between this contract and Lessee’s purchase order, or any other document, this contract will govern.
The General Conditions as registered at the court of First Instance of Aruba are applicable to his agreement.
