Cancel your order.

You can cancel an order for a full refund without any additional fees.

On the website

  1. At the top left, click the 3 horizontal lines

  2. Click Your Orders

  3. Click View order detail on the relevant order

  4. Click Manage Order

  5. Click Cancel my order

    Via Phone & Email
    1. Call us at 5823999 with your order number in order to cancel.
    2. Email us at sales@mycomputer-aruba.com with your order number in order to cancel.

Reach out to us via phone or email. Our Customer support team can give you any updates on processing, shipments, cancellation, returns, and refunds.

Refund and returns.
To request a refund due to order issues, you must make your request within 7 days of delivery.

Let us know as soon as possible if your order—

  • Is missing items that you were charged for on the final receipt

  • Contains damaged, spoiled, or otherwise unusable items

Refunds are processed immediately, but it may take 5-10 business days to see the funds in your bank or credit card account, depending on your bank. You won't see refunds in your MyComputer account.
